"Smooth sailing!!! " Had servicing done here for the first time. Everything went smoothly and beyond expectation. My advisor Caroline, communicated consistently with me, which was very helpful; that she kept me in the loop. LOVE the car wash that they thrown in too! I will come back indeed.

I have recently leased a 2019 X3, my 5th car from this dealership. And again, Neil delivered in a timely and professional manner, as usual.
"Easy!" Not bad for a car dealership! What you see is what you get for the prices (plus taxes). They didn't try too hard to push the extra purchases on my car, except for insurance. Roger was pleasant to deal with.

"Service " My car started acting funky because it has over 87,000 miles. I had it towed over and thank goodness for my service advisor. He took care of everything. I was very comfortable with leaving my baby there as I have done so in the past. Thank you Mini of Monrovia!! You’re the best!

I ended up purchasing a Certified Pre-owned 2016 BMW 328i that Saturday morning ... my dream car all because of a personable and professional salesperson Bernard.
