"Amazing experience!" I have been looking for a used car all over the place until I checked BMW of Monrovia on the web. Their huge selection and reasonable prices got me to give this dealership a call. The first meeting was well prepared and I got to see the car I liked and Neil -my sales person- didn't try to sale me anything else than what I wanted. I test drove the car and liked it. "nice service" I went there for routine service. Overall, it was a pleasure checking my car here. The employees were friendly and helpful. The only thing is that it would be better if BMW could send me a notification email reminding me for the upcoming maintainence.
