"Wonderful customer service" Had the classic, top notch Mini experience that I've come to expect from the brand at this dealership when I purchased my new car. Customer service was exceptional. "CAR SERVICE" MATT CLARK, is amazing very detailed and gets the job done. I have been a customer for now 5 years and on my third BMW and only trust him with my car and getting done on a timely manner. Matt is proffessional and tajes his time to make sure he listen to our needs to get my car serviced. We appreciate good service and will always have our business.
"Smooth ! " Everything went smoothly Josh was a great salesman. Very helpful. I love my Acadia ! Thank you. Fair pricing, not much room for negotiation but the price was fair and I'm happy. Love the lounge they provide during the process as sometimes purchasing a car can get a little stressful with children. My son was fully entertained during the time I was there. Also, Bob the finance person who helped had an awesome personality. The whole buying process was enjoyable.
"Scheduled Service of my 328 BMW" The service department was excellent. Quick and accurate service. However, the sales department is a whole different story. When I purchased my BMW 328i I was informed that all maintenance was included in the first 4 years or 50,000 miles. In fact, all the TV ads claim that you will save a lot of money over other luxury brands because of this feature. "excellent service" sales man Otto was patient and knowledgeable. he was able to find the one that we were looking for. he was able to give us the price that we're planning. he stay there after the hour so we're able to finish all the paper work and leave safely. he offered follow up visit so he can go over the car usage and some of the functions.

"Always a great experience!" The service advisor Caroline is always on top of her job. The whole setup with the email sending you alerts that’s a great feature I like a lot. And the quick response from Caroline taking you in and helping you with the issue on hand is very smooth and a professional that she shows. Two thumbs to her for getting the job done for me!!
