"Exceeded Expectations" Dropped my car off without an appointment. Was taken care of right away and got everything fixed the first time. Matt Clark was fantastic. Got a text my car was ready and pulled up with it waiting there ready to go. No waiting in lines, no waiting for them to locate it. Just sign a form and go. Highly recommend.

"Great repair service." Took my car in for the check engine light on. I was assigned to Greg Hernandez. He's very helpful and do not waste any time by starting the paperwork so I could get my car repair and get out as soon as possible. During the waiting period, he came in and informed me of what the Mechanic finding and how long it will take to replace the part. "There in a pinch" Great service when I blew out a tire on a Saturday morning. They were able to get my car serviced and back on the road in a couple of hours, thereby salvaging my day. Would definitely recommend this dealership & service department. Great service!

"Great service, no runaround" Mini of Monrovia and their service and parts staff are excellent. They went above and beyond what I needed when dealing with a factory recall I needed to do to service my Mini. Excellent communication with no unneccessary upsells or sales pitches.
