"Above and Beyond" I gotta be honest -- I went to this BMW dealership in Monrovia for service on my BMW because I had a terrible experience at Century BMW in Alhambra, which is much closer to my house. I had remembered that the staff was really nice when I was originally looking for my car, so I figured I'd give it a try. Nicole, who coordinates service, was friendly, fast and all around great. "Great Service" Had my vehicle serviced at Monrovia BMW instead of going to the dealer where it was leased from. The service advisor Matt Clark as well as other staff I came in contact with was courteous and professional. My vehicle was serviced in less time than originally planned for. I can sincerely recommend Monrovia BMW. I will return here for future maintenance.

"BEST MINI DEALER & SERVICE" My lady just recently purchased a Mini and I took it in for service for the first time and this location was the closest to us from Pasadena. The moment I pulled up we were greeted as if it was valet at a high end hotel. The service guy Aaron helped us the entire couple days we had service done and he explained everything well enough for me to understand. Aaron also had great communication by sending us updates on repairs via text message that were in real time. Thanks a lot to the Monrovia team!

"Attitude is everything" I met Greg Hernandez at the service department in 2005 with my first BMW. Greg has been demonstrating the highest level of professionalism with a wonderful smile, I have not disappoint once. I left the city and return recently and bought another BMW few months ago at the same dealership. I needed some service and back to the Department and Greg remember me and gave me a warm handshake and big smile with a free service. OMG this is the very best dealership.
