"Dedicated Service Representatives " So I came into this dealership on two separate occasions. One instance was with Jorge and he was spectacular when it came to answering my questions (i.e one of my tires had a nail and informed me ASAP that it needed to get done and with his recommendation my car was up to spec). The other time was when I met with Greg. Greg is an amazing service representative and is also willing to go through the lengths to make you happy,
"Caroline." Caroline was very helpful and friendly with the customer service and specific on what the vehicle needed. She was precise with the timing of the vehicle on when it was to be completed. I will look to her for future appointments.
"Great service" Aaron kept me updated of the status of the vehicle at all times and made sure I had a shuttle to take me to work. Jorge dropped me off and picked me up at work - super convenient! Paid special attention to vacuuming my trunk which was full of beach sand. Will definitely return.
"Great service dept" Couldn’t ask for a better customer service rep. Took care of me, had me out before noon! Can’t complain. The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly. And the manager is super nice.
"Great to work with@" My car broke down during MTTS 2018. They came to my rescue and got het b ack on the road. All while providing excellent customer service.
"Great service" Got my four old tires replaced in such a timely manner. Greg Hernandez has always been awesome, also helping me fix the remaining recall on my car.
"Great Service all around" This is my second Mini, I had a Countryman and purchased a Mini convertible, it's a little rocket!! I have always had great service. from all staff in both sales and service.
"My i3 purchase" Teresa did a superb job of helping me find a car, buy a car, and then turned it over Tatiana for delivery.. both these ladies did a superb job and I'm happy as can be with the car...
"Overall service " Extremely nice and friendly service , Employees are helpful and are able to communicate Without having any problems and also there is No problem with getting a loaner car
