Beware when you sign your contract! This dealer will charge you extra fees more than you agreed on! When you call back to complaint, the manager Yahia Zabdie will tell you to "HAVE A NICE DAY!" Once they have your money they are done with you! Agreed to pay $36 in Non Taxable fees and end up getting charged for $102.25 for fees ($66.25) over the fees I was suppose to pay. Rude and incompetent staff in disorganized and unclean showroom. We will never take our Countryman or 7-Series there again. You are better off just abandoning your car on the side of the road.
I came in for service work because my mini was making noise. The dealer said it was my brake that's making that noise and they quoted me a crazy price to have them replaced. Then I took it to my mechanic for a second opinion and I was told it was actually the faulty caliper that was causing the problem, mainly extremely uneven wear on the brake. Came in with my boyfriend because I wanted to test drive and get a Countryman. Took what seemed like forever for the group of salesman talking at the entrance to come greet us while we walked around and looked at the Countrymans. When we got someone, he was pretty friendly. The worst part was that they required me to have a co-signer. Terrible... Just terrible. I have never been so insulted in my life. As a first time buyer, this made discouraged me from purchasing a car. Had it not been for Nick ALexander MINI, I would have purchased another car.
