"Very disappointing with service department. " For over a week I called daily to make an appointment to service my BMW and couldn’t get through anyone, advisors or loaner department. I finally went on line to schedule and I check the box for an advisor to call me because I had some questions. It took 4 days for someone to call me and go over a few questions by then it was too late, my service was the following day. "Bought a 2015 CPO X5" Bad customer service. Bought a car from Charles Nchinda. When we got home, noticed a small dent on front hood and emailed Charles several times regarding the dent as well as some other general questions regarding the car, not a single response after 2 weeks. Emailed again, still no response. Was still in the market for an i3 so we went ahead and bought one from Ontario BMW. Much better service there (and better prices too).

"Fine service" Fine service Dept and did what they said and in a timely manner. If you want us to review do not put a 25 word minimum on the review order

"Take your car elsewhere " Horrible service- My brand new car started making an odd noise as soon as I drove off the lot after having it looking at in the service department - I had to tow my car to a different BMW dealership the next day. They don’t know what they are doing here.

"Worst service ever / Damaged my car " Went in to diagnose why check engine light was on / instead they broke my radio and gps and damaged the windows / they said they were ready to go bad but they can fix for more $$$ really ?? I just over paid u to check whats wrong with my check engine light on and u brake my radio and window and want more $$ to fix??

"BAD SERVICE" THIS IS A REVIEW FOR THEIR SALES DEPARTMENT. WHEN YOU CAR HAVE SOME PROBLEM, YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY HELP FROM THEM, EVEN THE CAR WAS SOLD JUST SERVEL DAYS AND THIS PROBLEM EXIST BEFORE THE CAR WAS SOLD. CHECK CLEARLY ABOUT THE CAR AND DON'T TRUST THEIR SALES PEOPLE. I bought my used Mini Cooper S Clubman at there in June. Before we bought it, the sales promised they have checked everything about the car and there was no problem. "Car Service & Customer Service Issue" I had no issues with my car service, only it was late. I did have a problem with receptionist who took my number when I asked to have Genius call me to clarify an issue. it has been 3 day & no one has called me so far. Bothh receptionist need to take their work serious & implement customer service. I leased two cars & this is not the type of customer service i expected from BMW of Monrovia.

"Brought in for recall and left with air conditioner not work" I had to take my BMW 128I 2008 in for a recall, I was asked to report to this dealership. Took it in decided to get an oil change and brake fluid replacement which they recommended at over $300! But the thing that was the worst about this dealership is the customer service which when I came to pick up my car the air conditioner was not working and it was working when I brought it in! "Rip off " The service rep had a very unprofessional demeanor . The prices were horrible. They tried to charge me $455 to change the battery on the car. I will never use them again.
