It was my first time at this dealer for service and it was very easy. Everyone was nice. I had tried to get my oil change at the original mini dealership where I bought it, but they told me I needed all these additional things. At mini of Monrovia it wasn't like that at all! They helped me with what I originally came in for without trying to make me get extra things, I didn't need. They were great.
Even though my car had just gotten out of warranty, they still covered 85% of the cost of the repairs.. I was even provided with a free loaner car..
I love these guys, they always take care of me. Every time I take my MINI for service, I get treated with a smile and respect. My service light came on telling me it's time for service, I scheduled my appointment, showed in the morning and was greeted very quickly. I received a call when my car was finished in the afternoon for pick up, I got there and hardly waited, car was pulled clean and shiny, great smiles by the staff. This is my third MINI, I will be back for service and for a new car. Thank guys! TAS.

Brought in my 2014 Roadster in for routine maintainence,dealt mainly with Larry very personable ,knowledgeable person I was expecting "well this is not covered"routine did not happen..he took a genuine interest in the reason for my being there In fact everyone in the service department was courteous and seemed geared toward customer service,much appreciated Btw my Mini is running extra sweet Thanks, joel Lefkowitz
Very friendly sales people. Patiently answer our questions. Always keep their politeness, including in test drive. Quite honest about pricing. In my book, this is one of the best Mini dealers in LA and OC area. Recommended
"Having problem with my battery but still need to go back..." Having problem with my battery but still need to go back few times after battery change ( guess they were double check it my car is ready to pick up or not..) and there always have new problem to fix ( ask for more money..) totally not recommended go back to this location if you have better choice
"Took way to long in finance" Very impressed with our salesman, Renee. He was knowledgeable, patient and went the extra mile to get us out the door with our vehicle. Finance was another story though. We were paying cash so didn’t think it should take as long as it did. We realize there are a ton of forms we needed to wade they but we were left sitting and waiting for quite a while for a finance person to even start the process.
