"Unorganized" Although I had a reservation it still took 45 minutes to check in and get my loan car. About 4 hours later I received call from the service dept. and was advised to come back because they couldn't do anything until they ordered a part which they would have on next Tuesday. I came back and was advised that my right front tires were worn and needed to be replaced. I wanted to leave but I agreed to have tires put on. "Keep driving" Horrible car buying experience! Contacted Rocky at Mini of Monrovia regarding a car. I was told the price was firm but then watched it drop four times. Asked some questions regarding safety & the condition since it was different than advertised & just put off. Then I drove 75 miles to see the car which was not as described (condition & accidents). "Less than expected" Although the purpose of my service visit was accomplished, I found my experience to very frustrating. Trying to call into the service department is like going through a maze and not being able to get out! You get caught up in transfer xxxx and never get a chance to talk to an acutual voice. Secondly, even though my care was ready, the day prior I didn't get a call that it was ready for pick up until a day later. Even though I told them the sense of urgency. "Appointments don’t matter." Had a 10 am scheduled appointment for a basic oil change. Two and a half hours later I was leaving with no explanation as to why.

"Horrible Service" I intentionally scheduled my appointment for 7am because (1) I wanted to be sure I could be on time to work at 8am after leaving the dealership and (2) it was the next available appointment that they had. I showed up at 6:55am, before the gates were even open. At 7am, they open the gates to let us in. "Vehicle Title" I had worst experience with this dealer and very poor customer service. They treat me super nicely when I try to buy a car, but after I purchased a car, forget it! Last year August, 2018, I purchased used 2017 Honda Accord through this dealer. I had a trade my old car and the balance amount that I paid off. Bod-Robert Richardson who was the financial manager and helped me the paper work for sign the purchase contract and he said I should receive a title less than 3 months. "Just what I expected from BMW " Avoid any BMW and their overpriced under engineered garbage. I was hoping to have some piece of mind with a CPO but of course certain items are not covered when you have an issue. No more BMW for anyone in my family.

"Scheduled Maintenance Visit" Called ten days in advance , making sure a loaner is available , brought the car in on time and was taken good care by our service adviser Greg , loaner was issued , and the car was done in one day,Greg kept us informed of all what transpired at the service center .

"Liars, and unprofessionals" Stay away unless you like crappy service. Look at the reviews on yelp. Those are the ones that represent bmw of Monrovia. There so incompetent that my service adviser took three days to get me an appointment for my service. With no loaner. I called bmw of Alhambra and writhing 10 min I got an appointment for the following day.
