"Buyers Beware" Buyers Beware, I am no longer a Mini fan no I will ever recommend to anyone I care about. My girlfriend and I both purchased a Mini at Monrovia, one was brand new and the other was used with low mileage. I have had many recalls to my new Mini, two of which I needed to be towed to the dealer. My girlfriends gas tank needed to be replaced one month after it was purchased, and now she is getting a check engine light, and her AC doesn't work. It was the worst experience I ever had. I will never comeback again. Rudy the mantiance manger needs to get fired and the girl with purple hair to. Shame on you guys u don't know how to treat customers.

I started taking my Mini to them 7 years ago to honor the 45,000 mile warranty. All their services cost at least 50% more than what you would pay at other BMW certified garages, and at least double or triple of a discount garage. Simple oil changes take 2 hours or more with an appointment. Because of this, I stopped going to them after the warranty expired. I brought my car in last week for a check-up regarding a rattling noise I heard upon initial acceleration, however, as that concern was undetectable to the service department, I was instead informed of a different problem. It was reported to me that my car was leaking coolant as a result of a broken thermostat that was to manage the engine's internal temperatures. I was looking for a 2015 Mini JWC Roadster and Monrovia had just the car. Brian Froussine helped me get comfortable with the condition of the vehicle by sending me additional photos from his cell phone. I purchased it without ever leaving the east coast. The process was relatively easy and Brian made himself available throughout the transaction when I needed him, even when he was not officially on duty at the dealership. 3 years ago I was shopping for a new vehicle went to different dealerships didn’t like there customer service. Till I met Henery at the Monrovia dealership very professional great customer service, I was so happy with the service I bought my mini right there and then! Went back a couple of times excellent service!! But now I went to service my vehicle and I was so unhappy that am not going back they suck with there service now!!

I personally would never buy another Mini from this Dealer. I Purchased my 2016 Countryman from them just about 3 weeks ago. They also had a mini convertible in the showroom. We had discussed holding it for my mom, as she was moving to CA in less they 2 weeks and they agreed to hold it for her. They out of the blue I found out they had sold it. I don't have a problem with not being able to hold the car but do not promise me you will and then sell it out from under me, and then try and sell me some 12 year old car with 100,00... read more

ABSOLUTELY NO FOLLOW UP. I WAS LEFT IN THE DARK FOR 7 HOURS. I dropped off my car right at 7:20am for my scheduled appt. for a check engine light. I was informed by my service advisor Parkson Yee that he would give me a call mid morning with an update. Noon time came, no call. I have the extended maintenance package and take my car in only for scheduled maintenance. For this visit, the basically just needed an oil change, but it took three hours to get my car back while waiting for it. I arrived on time for my 7:00 a.m. appointment, thinking the early hour would get me out fast. I was wrong. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but could not explain why it took three hours to perform the service. I understand the do diagnostics too.
