"Warranty for Rotors and Brake pads were DENIED!" My claim for an extended warranty on my front rotors and brake pads were denied. My 2014 X1 with 41,700 miles shakes when I step on the brakes at 60 mph. Service personnel Mr. Ryan Thay blamed it on my driving habits. That for me is an escape clause! "Maintenance service" First time at this place. My visit was positive. Have good service from the first to the last person I dealt with. Matthew Clark was corteous and helpful. I only have one concern/suggestion: update the phone charging kit. Another patron and I couldn’t charge our phones. I addressed this issue to one of the ladies behind a desk and she just said I don’t know, that’s all we have.

"Mini of MOnrovia didn't fix my car right!" I have been taking my 2014 Mini Clubman to Mini of Monrovia for more a year now. I brought it to them on Monday, Oct. 8th, 2018 because of a noise that has progressively gotten worse since they repaired it in July. I met with a mechanic named Kevin. "Aaron Burkard " went in for simple oil change and was alerted to other repair needs . Aaron Burkhard was very attentive to customer concerns over costs and timeliness of return of vehicle for usage and created an experience where the car was fixed and i did not feel that i was gouged or taken advantage of . have worked with Aaron in past on more serious repairs and he has always had the customers interest at heart

"First time experioence was not a good one. " Service person was not entirely helpful. I had to call form status of my car, which was her job. Car promised in 4 hours, then 2 days, then one day. No explanation. When I picked up car I asked for sometime to go over what they did to car and was not helped. Cashier pointed her finger over to the service area and told me to go there. "Way to expensive" For what they did-change oil, replace plugs, replace filter, run diagnostice check, and labor $890. I asked what their labor rate is and they said $166 per hour. They must have had a couple of lawyers working on my car. Oh, I forgot, they checked the tire pressure but didn't rotate the tires.
