This is the 5th car that I have purchased or leased in the last 13 years and my experience at MINI of Allentown has by far been my best experience yet. Mike Aumann was very patient as I test drove several vehicles and tried to decide which one would be the best fit for me. He and everyone at the dealership were very friendly and knowledgeable and were able to provide a lot of information about the cars. I'm in NEPA and had the choice of going with Mini of Morristown, NJ or Mini of Allentown, PA and Lauren Leabman made it an easy choice. She not only has great energy, but she really wants to give her customers a great experience. She is very knowledgeable about the MINI line and they were able to give me a great price, options and all (when it's financed at 1.9% you can't not go with the leather seats!)! Funny thing happened. I was looking at used clubmans and stopped at the dealer on a whim. I quickly saw that used prices were such that it was smarter to go new. Met with Lauren. Both my wife and I were so impressed with her complete knowledge and real love for her product. Se was so sincere. Over a week I bombarded her with emails and phone calls of questions. Mini of Allentown is top notch. Lauren Leabman is a very knowledgeable salesperson with a vast knowledge of the MINI car line. She knows who the customer is. I was treated with respect and courtesy. I felt that my deal was very fair, and that my trade in value given to me was also reasonable. There was no "Hard Sell" whatsoever. Matt was great. My husband had decided upon which model with specs he wanted prior to our visit. Matt suggested that we order it from the factory, rather than settling for something else. It was the same price as on the website. No high pressure, no pressure concerning purchasing extended warranties, etc... One of the best car buying experiences of my life. AAAAAA++++++++
I have never had as positive an experience as I had with the Mini of Allentown sales team. My salesman Matt Murphy was professional and assisted me in everyway possible in makng this purchase. Overall I am enjoying my new Mini Cooper Coupe. Matt is continuing to assist me with resolving some issues with the Nav/Bluetooth option malfuntioning. I will be recommending Matt and the dealership to all my friends, family and coworkers.
We gave this rating because Matt was very helpful and enthusiastic about the car. He went out of his way to show us everything the car had to offer and answered all our questions. Elyse helped us with the financing and was also a joy to work with. The overall experience was tremendous and we would recommend anyone looking for a MINI to go to them.

This was our first experience with Mini of Allentown and our only experience with a Mini dealer. After meeting with Lauren the first time and test driving my first Mini Cooper S that was it I was hooked. It took me a week to decide to go for it. Needless to say the whole experience was very exciting and Lauren was great. Never any pressure.
