I have nothing but a horrific experience since my move in! The apartment was filthy, carpet was not rinsed and all the dry soap has clogged my Dyson vac! The repairs were done and half of them after 30 days do not work properly. My vehicle was vandalized, extremely loud, low grade residents and many drunk young adults every evening. The appliances are nice in appearance and are very poor quality and extremely noise. Washer n dryer can not be run while you attempt to watch TV or eat a meal. I've lived here for the past two years, and cannot wait to move! They will lure you in with "luxury" amenities, and probably a discounted move in rate. But the longer you're at Mirabella, the more you will realize that those perks just aren't worth it. And your rent WILL go up, be prepared for that. They've also started charging for parking, $25 per car. They're very proud that it is a "secured" building. Management is not very helpful to everyone, beautiful property, good amenities, good location. Regarding reviews you will find on other sites about the safety and security, those things used to be an issue, security guards used to not do a good job, but those guards have either been fired, or relocated to another location. Current guards are more competent and polite. Management can take up to 2 months to repair a broken door or gate, when those are broken, that is when theft and vandalism happens. Too many complaints to list, but the one that was concerning:YOu think your holiday packages are safe by being delivered to the office? NOT. They without a hitch handed me someone elses box and didnt' think twice AND they had the paper in front of them AND I told them the apartment number. THey don't check ID's nor ask for last name, they just hand over the boxes if you have the slip off the door, which anyone can grab. DON'T LIVE HERE IT IS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE YOU WILL EVER MAKE! COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! UNSAFE! Incredibly dissatisfied and unhappy & couldn't wait to leave. At a loss for words. Appearance is nice, the issues underneath are overwhelming. Building is poorly constructed, the mgmt is HORRIBLE at addressing issues/concerns, and the people that they allow to rent here are disrespectful, obnoxious and rude. The reason my wife and I moved to this place was because it is smoke-free grounds.....or so they say. The underground parking has become the "smoke break" area. So walking to the elevator will make your clothes stink for a week. Another gripe is with management, A notice was left on out door within 48 hours due to building code violations....don't you have to have a place up to code before you move in?
