My girlfriend came over with amazing news that we were expecting which explained the nausea that she was experiencing around that time. She was feeling extremely sensitive to some smell so we parked in the visitor's lot to rush to the nearest toilet and came back to the vehicle gone and recently towed for $600. For as "secure" and "safe" as they make this place seem, Ive had my fair share of scary experiences and we've only been here 3 months. The worst happened last night, I was at the gym around 7:30pm. It's usually empty at this time making it a good opportunity to get a full work out in. I had noticed a guy walking back and forth and stoping to stare at me. 6 months ago I might have given this place 3 or 4 stars, and a month ago I might have given it two. But our experience here keeps getting worse, and there's no sign of it ending. Thank goodness we are moving out by the end of this month. The biggest issue we're having right now is with maintenance. For the first year and a half or so they were great, they responded quickly (usually within 1-2 days) and worked until issues were resolved. That has completely changed. The location is great! But they charge drastically different amounts for each individual apartments.... be aware. Overpriced for what they area and what amenities they have. Would NOT recommend this place to ANY of my military or civilian acquaintances...

Way to expensive for the area. You can go 10 minutes up the road to Casa Mira View and get into a brand new apartment complex with way more amenities (two story gym, 4 pools, rooftop hot tob, bowling alley, salon, wine celler etc...) and Much bigger floor plans for about 500 dollars less a month. Made that choice easy and is going to be saving me over $6,000 dollars a year!! Military barracks. Loud, obnoxious military, blasting rap music, screaming kids, loud machines... It's deafening. Water bill for a single person is around $100 per month. Ask management to check out water bill and they'll point you do an Indian company dubiously-named AUM or, American Utilities Management. I agree with Lesha H... Living in Mira Bella "Luxury Apartments" for about 7 months, every day we face a new problem. First of all this place is a CIA facility. You are locked in and out with out a chip. 3 times a month the elevator doesn't work so you need to find your way home thru 400 apartments. Your car will get towed in 10 minutes unless you have a resident permit so please make sure to not invite people to your apartment. MICE!!!!!!!! I do have a SSN but my husband does not have one. Every other apartment complex said they would use mine only since he has none and they also do not charge 2 extra months of rent.
