This place just sucks. They are charging my roommates and I for damages we didn't even do, which we submitted to the office for proof and suddenly they can't answer, but can put us in Collections. Charged for faulty blinds... which one was already broken. Charged us for the faulty washer/dryer doors. That we had them come fix. Charged us for full replacement of all the carpets in the bed rooms. Where none of them needed it. I only stayed 6 months, and I'm not even sure my phone will allow me to upload all of the photos I have of the things that were wrong with this building. it upsets me because I worked really hard to finally move into a "luxury" apartment complex and I was completely misled in every single aspect you could imagine. My housemates and I have been living here for three years now. While the location is great, this complex needs fixing. I remember when this complex was getting built, and our apartment has run into a lot of problems due to typical lifespans of things. Our washer and dishwasher frequently break down and need new parts constantly, our shelves in the pantries are caving in due to cheap material, the windows are a struggle to open and close because they fall off the tracks.. I have never in my life written a review but I strongly believe that people need to know how awful Mirabella really is. It may look nice from the outside with all the amenitities and nicely done apartments but don't let that fool you. From the start, Mirabella was not sending over our lease because the leasing manager was out of office and then proceeded to back out on it 1 week before my other lease ended (after not sending over the lease at the date that was originally memotioned). I never write a review on anything however, I would not recommend living here to anyone. Guest bathroom flooded 2 months ago. My roommate and I have put in multiple requests for maintenance and they always "complete the work" and "fix" it, yet there's still water in the floor. We were gone for a few days on vacation and came back to the apartment smelling awful and moldy. Update 1/31/22: I have lowered the rating from 2 to 1 star. The bees returned to my apartment and the only solution that the management team offered was for us to move-out as soon as possible. Our lease ends in April and we were not given enough notice to make living arrangements. They did not offer any compensation for moving fees, putting us in a hotel, storage fees, etc. They only offered some money off the first month for a different unit that is way more expensive than our current one plus we'd have to sign a brand new ... read more

My parents' apartment has multiple issues starting with the stupid water heater tank that blew a few weeks ago that led to my room being soaking wet for days and left us no choice but to use the shower from another apartment. The apartments are nice inside but what bums me out is that the residents dont clean up their dog's poop. It is everywhere around the perimeter of the building - even on the sidewalks. So gross. The complex has provided dog stations w/ baggies but apparently that is not enough. They really need to have cameras out to crack down on this and start fining people.

I have been a resident since December 2020. I would love to only pay compliments but this is the worst place I have ever lived in! First, the apartment still had maintenance issues when I moved in, then my car has been broken into (in the garage with "surveillance cameras"). And the staff never got back to me with the footage by the way. The shower head and bathroom wall are separating from the wall.
