I lived here for a year. To start off, I want to say that the actual apartments and grounds are nice and I would live there again if it weren't for their business practices. Additionally the maintenance staff is good and very helpful in my experience. Now for the cons. I really loved this apartment when I first moved in. Megan in the office helped me with the tour, and I was able to secure an apartment right by the park. It was gorgeous! It was a one bedroom, nice cabinets and grantie countertops. I was able excited that we were right next to the outdoor area with the grills and fireplace! Megan was able to hook me up and only $99 deposit to move in (I was military) and a pet deposit. The place has underground parking and its unassigned. Not as great as I thought. They charge if ur trash is out after hours. Quality not as great. Better to own then rent. Also it was fine at first but then don't feel as safe as I got my car broken into and smell marijuana in the hall ways.

These apartments were great until recently. First of all someone moved in and decided to stop taking care of their cat that now wanders the halls with another cat. Being an animal lover myself I have given them water and food but of course they now spend most of their time on my patio. We informed the front office they said there is nohting they could do, which I understood its not their cat to get rid of but now we wake up saturday morning to find a $25 fine on our front door because my husband put the trash out last night?... read more

The apartment we were shown was nice. The one we got had disgusting stained carpet and tons of water damage to the finishes. The complex is "controlled access." I could tell you a dozen ways right now to get in without the key fab. There was actually graffiti done inside the building a few weeks ago and I don't want to consider whether it was a resident or someone who got in on their own. This place is unsafe, all smoke and mirrors. The leasing office is inconsistent at best. They won't answer your calls with questions, and even outsourse their leasing prompt making it very difficult to get help. They have NO PROBLEM changing amenities and other options such as payment without your notification, try having them get one of those fire pits started... haven't work so CE I got here. Now some loser broke into our apartment; final straw for me! Negatives: cheap paint on cabinets; flakes off easily, not all residents are of the working class; if you get my drift. When they started letting anybody & everybody move in, that's when we started having things taken (that's enough to really piss you off!!) (3rd time is a charm for me) level 1 hallway is horrible; concrete with stains; I expect a little more for $2545/mth! A lot of residents do not pick up after their pets...yuck! So... The place is not worth how much rent is. We pay $2400-ish for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom and I was hoping great service came with the price. Unfortunately the only great service here are the amazing maintenance workers! Mira Bella is so lucky to have Rick and Justin!! They are amazing! I cant say enough good about them. Wow, where can you start with this apartment complex. First off, I have returned to read the comments about this place and it seems like all of the NEGATIVE comments have magically disappeared. Interesting. I moved into this place in November, and was out by January.
