The location is great! But they charge drastically different amounts for each individual apartments.... be aware. Overpriced for what they area and what amenities they have. Would NOT recommend this place to ANY of my military or civilian acquaintances...

Way to expensive for the area. You can go 10 minutes up the road to Casa Mira View and get into a brand new apartment complex with way more amenities (two story gym, 4 pools, rooftop hot tob, bowling alley, salon, wine celler etc...) and Much bigger floor plans for about 500 dollars less a month. Made that choice easy and is going to be saving me over $6,000 dollars a year!! Military barracks. Loud, obnoxious military, blasting rap music, screaming kids, loud machines... It's deafening. Water bill for a single person is around $100 per month. Ask management to check out water bill and they'll point you do an Indian company dubiously-named AUM or, American Utilities Management. I agree with Lesha H... Living in Mira Bella "Luxury Apartments" for about 7 months, every day we face a new problem. First of all this place is a CIA facility. You are locked in and out with out a chip. 3 times a month the elevator doesn't work so you need to find your way home thru 400 apartments. Your car will get towed in 10 minutes unless you have a resident permit so please make sure to not invite people to your apartment. We are unable to use the WiFi at the gym because there is ZERO reception. We pay for our apartment a fortune in compare... read more

MICE!!!!!!!! Yes ,sad ,gross but true So we had to move from apartment to another floor near the pool since all of the sudden I had a mouse on my apartment kitchen (July 2016) The day I saw the mouse in the middle of the night (I have a huge phobia and couldn't stay in there knowing that there was a mouse ) I went to a hotel that accepted me with my 2 small dogs and I didn't get payed for this (about 200 bucks shitty hotel ) They got the mouse and After a few weeks with maintenance coming to my apartament checking the... read more

I do have a SSN but my husband does not have one. Every other apartment complex said they would use mine only since he has none and they also do not charge 2 extra months of rent.

Mira Bella seems like a great community, and in some ways it is. The facilities are great, and the staff put on a kind face. But this is only superficial. We moved in and within two months we noticed we were getting bitten at night. Sure enough, bed bugs were found! They insisted that we brought them with us, even though we had never had problems in the past. Then, they chose the most expensive solution and billed us for half of it. This came to about $4,000. Mira Bella has the worst tenants ever. Especially apt #168! Do not live above him. He complains to management and will call security every night just for walking around your home. At one point everyone was tip toeing around my apt and he still was complaining. He is crazy, this neighbor literally came to my door and threatened me on the first day I moved in. Also stated he will have me kicked out like the last tenants! Caught off guard and maintained my cool. Told the manager the following day and of course nothing was done.... read more

I already left a review but Mirabella's management managed to have it removed siting "privacy issues" as I named them by name....so here it goes again. I have had a very bad experience with this company and lost two weeks of valuable time while I could have and should have looked somewhere else. The apartment I selected and paid a deposit for suddenly was not available, but despite my deposit, I was never offered a same quality replacement at the same price - or an apology-and I ended of with a lot of stress, upset and loss ... read more
