Terrible experience with both Montway and the carrier assigned
The hauler you recommended was tough to work with. Non communicative. He told me I had to pay him $200 because my car had luggage in it. Montway told me first 100 lbs. was free and a dollar a pound after that. He said that was incorrect. Not completely dissatisfied, but would not want to use them again (Turon Express Haulers....maybe). The hauler we used in late December was better. Don't know their name. Hall Haselton
Bad way of talking from Jordan
Your update system on the shipment is non functional. Today is 03/29 at 0913 AM. System shows a last update as 3/25 with an planned pickup date of 3/27 and delivery of 3/29. Car was not picked up on3/27 but on 3/28 and a 3/29 delivery is impossible. Who is supposed to update the system and why don't they? SOmeone is failing in their job or the system is just a make believe sham.
Horrible. I went with Montway and paid $400 more than many other competitors. Placed an order then never heard from them. 3 days after the available shipping date I called them and was told there was no guarantee my car would be picked up. Then another agent tells me they can for more money! Then another agent says to give them one more day. They finally found a driver on the 5th day of the 5 day window at 8pm. Quote was for two vehicles, only one showed up when booked
Scheduling was chaotic. Couldn’t match my pickup and drop off. Didn’t tell me what time pickup would be, then changed the time after I planned for your time. Told me storage woukd be $30-50/day, charged me $385 for 3 days.
