Polina from Montway was very helpful and the service was quick! Lucy Diaz from the dispatch company that picked up our order was VERY difficult to communicate with. Also, Ms. Diaz did not give us a company name that she worked for which made the whole process with her feel sketchy and unprofessional. When we signed up with Montway, we opted to pay extra to select the specific pick up date because we had an urgent move on military orders. Hi, I have NOT clicked to submit an order on my browser as I was only doing a quote. Then I got an unexpected call from Montway (847 603 3342) aiming to provide information. I was not asked and certainly also have NOT given any consent to finish the order, as I needed to get confirmations on my side. Then I'm surprised with this booking, although I have not consented to it!!! Quite a bad experience. Very untrustworthy.
I placed an order online and gave a credit card number and know I have spoken to two different people and no one can find my order.
After speaking with Tiffany V and watching their video on their website I thought we were all set. It went from bad to worse with lack of communication, driver not contacting us per the contract and video for pickup, when office was made aware of the issue they promised it wouldn't happen again with delivery. They were right it was worse, driver was available to drop off vehicle after 8pm, this is not allowed per their contract and video, then with NO contact from the driver the next day, he just showed up hours later than t... read more
When I signed up. I was told that it would take 3 to 5 days. They are now saying seven days in the car goes to storage first over the weekend. It will be changing trucks also. Unacceptable.
