I was disappointed that I couldn't get a straight answer about insurance coverage.
Too many emails and calls from different representatives. The driver called me the night before the scheduled delivery date saying he was an hour away, which would have been 11pm, because it was convenient for him to pick the car up then. He was impossible to communicate with.
The first agent I spoke to over the phone was not as friendly and did not provide much details until I asked a ton of questions
Customer service has not been the greatest and they are not very good at keeping me informed. Pick up was scheduled for the 19th and I never received a call or email or text saying they couldn’t honor that date. I understand the policy of 1-5 business days after expected pickup date. There still should have been a call stating they couldn’t manage to get a drive on the expected pick up date.
