Chat response with Harrison was awesome! Truck driver was very accommodating and patient with our move situation. However, there were various times when he was supposed to return a call or call with an update and didn't. Also, we paid for a door-to-door service, but we were asked to drive the vehicle to a 'better' pickup point and asked to accept the vehicle at a 'better' drop off point. So Far So Good, the proof will be the remaining process. The remaining process was terrible. Communication was non existent, Vehicle picked up late. No phone calls as to why. Somewhere within the process lies were told. I had to do all the work to find out what was going on. Also before anyone thinks I'm looking for a handout. That's not the case. Just beware. Once Montway takes your deposit the rest is up to you. They hire out the transport, try finding direct. You might even save some money.

Booking and communication from Montway was good. Trucker was unprepared and inexperienced. I made it clear the vehicle rolled but did not run. At the pick up point a recovery truck had to be called to move the vehicle to the trailer (added expense) as he had no winch etc. At delivery, same issue. Getting a receipt for payment seemed to be a major task (why is this a surprise?) Really disappointed to have paid extra to get our vehicles here After booking the transport changed the dates and on our last vehicle it has to be stored at a yard and the yard lifted our vehicle up with a fork lift and damage our fuel tank and old running board. It may not look too good but the 1949 dodge is a collector item. Poor customer service.
