It took FIVE attempts over four weeks to get my vehicle picked up. I only saw progress when I called to ask the status and threatened to change shippers. Montway seemed surprised that my car was in a rural out-of-the-way area, even thought this was obvious from the pickup location. During shipment, there were weather related delays beyond the driver's control, but the shipping company never returned any of my calls when I called Montway asking for an update. Quoted me one price then when I tried to book quoted another price
The transportation company never called to confirm or came to pick up my vehicle. I leave the state in a few days so now i'm very upset.
I booked through montway and got a confirmation and my credit card charged, but unfortunately for no reason to provide me they canceled it. (not a problem I fund another transportation company very professional but I was expected to get a reason for the cancelation.) it was no issue if montway gave me a reason for it, when I ask for a reason they said we just have to cancel it, that's it. unbelievable. horrible service. I don’t understand why you are charging more money after I already paid
There was no communication! Car was probably going to show up one day and it didn't come! They didn't not call me I had to call them! And they didn't know where my car was! They said it probably show up the next day! It didn't come! I called they couldn't find my car! Didn't know where it was or when I was going to get it! Now I was worried!!!
