Price keeps changing
Good service. Second time using you guys The front part was great. The driver wrecked and totaled my truck. Correspondence has been awful. Don't know if I'll ever get my stuff?
Montway advertises door to door transport but this is not the case. I had to transport my vehicle to a parking lot.
I am very disappointed with my experience. My car was driven rather than shipped for 559 miles without my consent and the driver handed me the keys and asked for my signature and left immediately after without even giving me a chance to inspect the vehicle. The interior was dirty and there was trash inside.
Take 'no' for an answer. If I inform you that I will no longer be shipping my car due to it being inoperable, and verify over and over again that I do in fact want to cancel my shipment, then you should understand at that point that I no longer require your services. Instead, I was pestered with phone call after phone call day in and day out, inquiring about whether or not I had changed my mind. Looking forward
From minute 1 I felt uncomfortable with the support I was given by Montway. I wanted to talk to someone who knew what was going on, and everytime I tried to get in touch-it turned into an hour long fight yo speak with someone. Then when I finally was connected, it was always someone 'new' and they had to get up to speed. This company is larger than I felt comfortable using, as it made me feel small and insignificant to the company. Driver had great difficulty loading the vehicle on his flatbed. They were not prepared for a car with low ground clearance. They tried hard but didn't expect to have a car such as this. Poor communication between Montway and the driver.
