Seems difficult to get an order placed
Terrible communication and unreliable
Everything is fine except my pick up is not done yet. I haven’t been confirmed by phone as of a day and my account has been charged. I would like to be informed about the pick up. I signed a waiver due to I’m already at my delivery destination.
No driver assign
My client used Montway to transport a brand new 130,000 Escalade. The driver scratched the car badly in 3 spots. And the driver and Montway BOTH have refused to give insurance information. The driver did offer $60 cash though. What a scam company, someone should call the cops. Seriously. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.
I receive a call every morning and when I call back I expect it to be in regards to the customized quote that I was told had to be obtained due to my vehicle having oversized tires and a lift but no one ever knows why I received a call of who called. Also, I still haven’t received the quote.
I need exact date pick up but I could not let you know.
Chatting with Nick was 30 minutes of nonsense. It provided no value and did not accomplish what was needed for booking. Things were not understood even though we clearly stated it.
Service was so bad I had to cancel and go with competitor that took care of me in less than 24 hours.
