Unclear communication, and my car was picked up late due to Montway error
Price is too expensive
Montway arranged the first transport company & they had very poor communication or non at at. They failed to pick up my vehicle on the scheduled time & day despite several calls telling them that the person will be there waiting on the pickup. Yhey then canceled the pickup but never called to tell us & tried to reschedule for 3 days later. I then informed Montway that I wanted another carrier & Montway found one but informed me that the new carrier wanted an extra $150. I still have not heard from a carrier. Today is the last day of the five-day window running from May 2 to May 7. I have called Montway multiple times and yet still nothing. I am beyond frustrated.
