The staff have been very kind, and helped make the transition to independent living a smooth one. The food is excellent as well.
It has been pretty good. My only complaint is that they were going to have someone show my loved one around, but they have not. She is in her room too much. I think she is afraid of getting lost. The facility is pretty big. Other than that, It has been a good experience. The facility is really clean. Everyone is very friendly and kind. I can't rate the care services because she is in independent living.

Everyone from the receptionist to the manager and nurse at Atria Vista del Rio has been extraordinary in the care and organization of the placement of our Mom. Their loving-kindness helped Mom through a difficult time of change at the age of 89. We couldn't have accomplished a seamless change without Carol Thornhill and her staff! Our entire family highly recommends Atria Vista del Rio.
A beautiful place. Clean, attractive and welcoming. Aunt loves her studio.
I toured the facility and it was clean and the kitchen was nice. Not sure if can place mom as they do not handle anger issues with residents, they want a quiet, calm atmosphere.
We really appreciate the staff. Everyone has been very friendly and have gone out of their way to be helpful. It is certainly not cheap (seems a little bit on the steep side in my opinion) but overall I am pleased with Atria Vista Del Rio.
So far they have done good. They are clean, and the staff is friendly. Our only concern has been that sometimes when they get busy there has been a delay in calls. The staff and the general atmosphere, is why we chose it. It was also one of the more reasonable places we looked at.
To date it has been a very positive experience from the move in on. The services have been great as well.
We looked in to this community when we were searching for care options for a loved one. We just didn't get a good feeling from this one. The facility itself was lovely, it was well kept and clean, but it just had a very cold and impersonal feel, there was no sense of community. The layout also made it very confusing to navigate. They were also less than transparent during the sales process, which did not give me a good feeling.
