My mom is doing pretty good and I think the care is excellent. The upkeep and cleanliness is okay and thought they would be more frequent with the cleaning since she has a pet. She is eating 3 meals a day and she likes what she eats. My brother has ate with her and he says the meals are good. A lot of activities are offered and they have extra amenities. She went to the beauty salon and she likes the ice cream parlor.
We like the care here for my father's care. The staff is helpful and they keep the family informed of any changes. The menu is appealing and he seems to be pleased with what is offered. The activities are offered to him to stay active with the other residences. The is a nice atmosphere for good care. We would highly recommend this community for the good care and options that are available to others
The community has been working out fine for us. We have no issues with anything and it has been a good experience for us being here.
The care at this community is wonderful. The staff is careing. We community is clean and maintained. The menu is appealing and she seems to be pleased with the menu. They do offer her alot of activiites and we are hoping that she will want to participate soon. We would recommend this community for the good care and value for other families.
The place was so nice and my mother was very happy. All the staffs were helpful and friendly . Very comfortable indeed.
This facility is great! Though my loved one has significant health issues, the staff manage her very well. They are very cooperative, knowledgeable and are willing to work with my loved one and give her the care that she needs. The food is wonderful, and there are activities for my loved one to participate in. Overall, I am very happy with this facility!
The staff is the best part of Atria. My mom was very upset with having to move from her home, but her dementia was causing her quality of life to be terrible. We expected it would take her many months to feel comfortable, if ever. Within 6 weeks she was feeling at home. A huge credit to the staff!
The Atria Vista Del Rio has been a good fit for my mother in law so far. The place is clean and the staff has been friendly. It has been a comfortable stay for her.
I am really happy with the care that my brother in law is getting from this very nice community. The community is clean and the food is outstanding. The activities are offered to him and he has participated in a few activities. I was not able to get information on his status so that he can stay longer. But overall, we are happy with the care that is given here and we would recommend other families to this family for great care.
