The Atria Vista Del Rio was a very nice place. It was just farther away from the area I wanted to stay in. Everyone was very friendly but the place was too big. There was too much room for my mother to wonder and get lost. Other than that, it was a nice place.

My in-laws are so happy with their move to the Atria. They fought me for years not wanting to move, and once they moved in, within 10 days they were loving it. We are happy they are now safe and in a comfortable place. They enjoy being able to have meals and interact with other residents. The food is great too. They have exercise programs, music, and happy hour!

My brother and son took my mom to the tour. They liked the community but thought it was too big. They have a lot of rooms and have a big facility. i heard it was really nice. They invited us to a few other things at the community afterwards.

My sister did not pass the assessment to move-in to this community, she needed more care. The lady in charge was not there when I toured but I did keep in contact with her. This is a nice place and they know the residents and call them by their name.

The tour experience went very well for us, and we returned several times to try meals and visit with the residents. The guide showed us through out the place and they were able to answer all my questions about the community. Meals were offered to sample and I thought it was very good. This turned out to be our second choice, partly based on its size (larger than the place we picked), the availability of units, and my mom's needs. There are many independent seniors here, who participate in many activities. My mom is elderly a... read more

My uncle is doing good here at this community. Everything is working out very well. The staff is very considerate and attentive. The director is great. The community looks nice, they do a good job keeping his room and the community very well maintained. There are activities offered for the residents. The food is good, they do accommodate his diet. I know he is receiving good care and he is good hands. I would highly recommend this community.

I am really impressed with my wife's improvement. The community is very nice and seems to be busy. My wife eats well, no complaints, The winner was the activities, the staff eased her into the crowd and activities. The care is good and the atmosphere is very well but the administration needs some improvements and needs to shape up. They did not help me and lack communication techniques. Otherwise, Jo Anne from A Place For Mom did a good job and I appreciate her help.

Nothing but nice things to say about this community. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they helped me recognize mom need more care, they helped out with finances so living here was affordable for my mother. The food is amazing they have a mini cafe at the end of my mothers floor that has coffee, tea, healthy snacks, and juices. They have this mini cafe available to the residents 24/7. I recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a wonderful place for their loved one.
