We met Terre about 15 years ago when she assisted us with refinancing our home. She later helped us out again when the market rates dropped to an all time low a few years after that. The best word to describe Kim is...AWESOME!!!! She made the loan process incredibly easy to complete. Kim was available anytime we needed her and always answered our questions in a way that was simple to understand. Dare I say she made the whole process enjoyable and painless...I do.
