It was so easy wiring with Stacey at Mortgage Investors Group. Each time I reached out to her with a question, she responded quickly and efficiently. Stacey is very knowledgeable and she gets the job done! I was able to close in my home sooner than expect thanks to her work ethic and experience. I have already recommended her to a friend who is currently purchasing a home.

Mary & Madison exceeded all of my expectations. They were super responsive, encouraging, supportive, and enabled me to bid on houses and close very quickly. I have purchased several homes in my lifetime, but have never experienced service like theirs. I highly recommend them too anyone and would never use anyone else.

Our realtor referred us to Terre to help close our purchase in Florida. Terre was quick to respond, patient with my incessant questions, and very knowledgeable and capable as a lender. I am self employed and had heard the horror stories about how hard it can be to purchase when self employed. It was honestly easier to go through the load application, approval and underwriting process with Terre as a self employed person than most of my past purchases and refi’s as W2 employee in the past. I’ve been in the mortgage and housing industry for over 30 years. Hugh is a fantastic asset to this space. Honest, professional and always available. My only complaint is he probably needs to not answer his phone on the weekends, but sure glad he did for me. Hugh will be on my speed dial. You won’t be disappointed.

Shannon was over-the-top in getting my financing across the finish line. Even under a tight timeline, she remained focused and worked tirelessly to make sure everything was set for closing. You couldn't ask for a better loan officer, especially in working through the VA (I'm a vet, and this was a VA loan)
