I purchased a 1031 exchange property in May. It was my first purchase of this kind. Kim Moy, of MIG, guided me through the process beginning to end. She is quick to respond, knowledgeable, and thorough. I've purchased, sold or refinanced half a dozen properties. This was the smoothest, easiest one yet, thanks to Kim Moy and her team at MIG. I stayed with Kim and MIG for a mortgage loan when I purchased my primary residence in October.

She’s always been very patient to all the changes and questions we have and being very helpful to find a better plan for us! When we just started the process. We had some issues to solve. She gave us a lot of advice to get rid of time share and the stuff that affected our credit score. She helped us to get the interest rate lower than we expected. Thank you Shea!

Aubri Knowlton is very kind, attentive, knowledgeable and has a strong work ethic. As a 1st time home buyer she answered all my questions, even on vacation. I was never a loan number or something, she had my back 110% and she did absolutely what’s best for me and my situation. I miss the emails and messages now lol!! She is off making somebody’s dreams come true! God bless her!
