Started working with Kim in September of 2020 on a new house that was finished in April. She really was fantastic about working with us despite all the pandemic problems, supply shortage, constantly changing rules. Just excellent communication.

Cherith made the refinance process extremely easy and fast. We put off refinancing the house for a while since didn't want to burden ourselves with all the paperwork and stuff that we thought we would need to gather. She was very specific on what we needed and worked with us on it every step of the way. Made the whole process simple and smooth. If you have ever thought of refinancing the house, working with Cherith I can promise you would be the best move you ever made.

Cherith was extremely helpful, always pleasant and easy to talk with. This was not my first home purchase but she was definitely the best lender I have worked with. If she didn't have an answer to a specific question she checked and always got back in touch when she did have the info...... I would definitely work with her again and recommend her to anyone starting the process.

Seriously cannot recommend Todd, Michelle, Sherry and the team at MIG Memphis enough. We’d used them for our first house and didn’t know how good we had it. For the purchase of our second home, we got a quote from them and another local lender; since the quotes were comparable, we went with the other lender because we had a personal relationship with that loan officer.
