Yall ever think, maybe i should just rent because the buying process is too complicated? Me too, that is until i talked to Kim ans the team at MIG. I worked with Mike to get my first ever home and he was able to explain everything, help me understand what I needed to do, and answered any questions I had so that I understood the process. I was able to get a home I'm incredibly happy with at a better interest rate than I was expecting. Even when I had some technical difficulties accessing some of the paperwork to e-sign he was very patient and helped get everything back on track and we closed on time!
