Katie and MIG was fantastic to work with. The information gathering process was simple and succinct which has not been my experience in the past. The rates were better than the credit union I am a member at as well as what the relocation company my organization used was willing to offer. Great experience and no hassle.

I had no issues with either Amanda or MIG. I relocated from Michigan to Tennessee. It was a difficult road but Amanda hung in there with me. The 3rd house we put under contract went through. She kept me informed on the progress of the loan and worked with me to get it to closing. I am a mortgage underwriter for a different company and used Amanda and MIG since the 1st house we tried to purchase was a new construction and MIG was an approved lender with the builder. Cherith made the refinance process extremely easy and fast. We put off refinancing the house for a while since didn't want to burden ourselves with all the paperwork and stuff that we thought we would need to gather.
