Kim was absolutely fabulous. The whole experience was easy and fast and Kim communicated at every step. This is why I always use a local lender- you get their knowledge of the market and a personal touch! I cannot recommend her highly enough. Cherith made the process seem easy and effortless. Everything was done efficiently and on a very timely basis. If you are buying a home or refinancing, don't waste your precious time and go straight to Cherith!

After attempting financing with another company that we had previous experience with, the underwriter had many questions and issues. We decided to go to MIG and called Lorie and explained the situation as well as the timeframe to our closing which we had used up part of with the previous lender.
