This is the 2nd time I've worked with Terre to buy a home. She & her team are amazing! They're very knowledgeable & keep you informed. They guided me through the whole process & made it seem easy. They were extremely quick to respond to all of my questions. The house I bought wasn't finished with construction in time for my 1st closing date, and Terre called me personally to calm my fears & reassure me. I was able to close a week later. I would recommend her to anyone!

In the past decade or so I have been through the process of financing a mortgage several times. Kim Moye was by far the easiest and most professional lender I've encountered. I had some difficult challenges that Kim addressed head on and resolved expeditiously. I truly felt as though the entire process entailed much less back and forth paperwork and common red tape than I typically encounter. Kim really seemed to make things easy and less stressful.
