Parker worked with us on 2 short term rentals in the Smokies. Both experiences went very smoothly and easily closed within 30 days. Parker owns short term rentals herself so she is an expert with these types of loans. I couldn't have bought the 2nd rental if I wasn't working with Parker. A++ Loan officer!

Working with Ann Bell has been a blessing since the begining when we meet 3 years ago. She is professional and timely and I will always refer family and friends to Ann and Shane. Darren was amazing in helping me with my mortgage. I looked at multiple properties over the last couple years and every time I sent Darren an address I was looking, he had me a quote within a day, usually within an hour or two of receiving the address. I'd highly recommend using Darren because of his quick responsiveness.
