I worked with Suzanne on the purchase of my home, she was always prompt in sending files I needed and answering my questions. She was wonderful to work with and really made me feel like I was her top priority. She even came to my closing! I had previously bought a home with another lender and there was definitely a positive difference in working with MIG. I did not feel pressured at all and everything was explained in terms I could understand. I would highly recommend Suzanne and MIG to anyone looking for a mortgage loan.
The entire process of home buying was excellent and pleasant. Mr. Robillard was kind, courteous, and very professional. He even spent time with my grand daughter (age6) by letting her “sign” some of the paperwork. I was impressed with the speed and professional efforts in which my Ian was handled.

Pete and his team answered so many questions and prepared many different lending scenarios for us as we worked through buying our first home.
