Debbie was great to work with! She was even willing to answer my questions on a Sunday! She was always so helpful and informative. She made this process as easy as she could.

In the past anytime that I have dealt with a mortgage or a refinance it always was a stressful situation. I contacted JT at the recommendation of a friend who said that she was wonderful and easy to work with. I worked with Suzanne on the purchase of my home, she was always prompt in sending files I needed and answering my questions. She was wonderful to work with and really made me feel like I was her top priority. She even came to my closing! I had previously bought a home with another lender and there was definitely a positive difference in working with MIG. I did not feel pressured at all and everything was explained in terms I could understand. I would highly recommend Suzanne and MIG to anyone looking for a mortgage loan.
The entire process of home buying was excellent and pleasant. Mr. Robillard was kind, courteous, and very professional. He even spent time with my grand daughter (age6) by letting her “sign” some of the paperwork. I was impressed with the speed and professional efforts in which my Ian was handled.
