Kim Swann was a pleasure to work with. Every detail was checked, her signing processes were efficient and easy to use, and her team was always reachable. She was knowledgeable and able to answer our questions as well as give suitable education on areas where I lacked understanding as a first time home buyer. She was polite and respectful, and continually gave the impression that her intentions were to earn your business, and her quality of service never faltered.
This team worked with my very short time frame to refinance and did an amazing job. I would recommend them to anyone. Their energy was high and focused on helping me always.
Todd and his team made our experience as first-time home buyers better than we ever expected! The process was easy to follow, any questions we had were answered quickly, and he was just great to work with. Almost all of our paperwork was electronic, which was helpful for 2 busy schedules. We had a tight deadline to close (less than 30 days), and they made it happen. I would absolutely recommend Todd for your home purchase!
Robert and his team made pre-qualification, all paperwork and closing virtually effortless for my wife and me. Robert and Kelley were awesome. Everything not only went smoothly, but they thought of numerous options for me to consider, obtained a great rate to lick in, and were extremely responsive to dialogue throughout the process.
Todd was very professional and made the process very easy to navigate for a first time home buyer. He and his team were very knowledgeable and were exceptional at communicating the process to us.
Todd Brown and his team were friendly and helpful during the waiting period before closing date. They kept me informed during the different steps of the approval and verifying process. The thing I liked best about Todd was how very quick he was able to give me pre-approved - because I had just found what I hoped would be my future home.
Todd Brown and his team were recommended by a former MIG loan officer we used. They aren’t the best company I’ve dealt with. They are sincere and nice in the beginning until the get what they need, then they ignore you until the day before you’re scheduled to close on your house and begin requesting documents that should have been taken care of a month prior. You are correct; occasionally after we attempt to gather all the needed documentation up front, the underwriter may come back and request additional information. When this happens, it is normally close to the end of the transaction and therefore may create some degree of stress. I am very sorry your service was anything short of excellent.
