Extremely timely and efficient service. The whole team at Mortgage Investors Group is great, however I mainly dealt with Jennifer Torgeson. She is super friendly and helped me get a great deal on my mortgage.

Lisa and MIG were amazing to work with on my mortgage. Open, transparent, and always available when I had questions. Lisa has an unprecedented energy level all while remaining very warm and personable. I cannot imagine ever using a different person for a home loan!
We bought our house back in May. You hear all the horror stories about buying a home, well ours was no horror story. It was great! The whole experience was wonderful. We closed in 4 weeks with NO hassles! Gary did a great job!

I would absolutely work with Pete and his team again!! Loren, his assistant, was amazing as well. She was such a pleasure to work with and always stayed on top of everything. I had the pleasure of choosing MIG for my new mortgage in Middle TN. I worked with Pete Zaft and his team. I recommend them 100%. Pete was able to get me a great mortgage rate, and he and his team were responsive to all my questions and concerns, answered all my emails in a timely manner, and were easy to work with. We closed on time and the whole process was easy and stress-free. I definitely give them five stars!!!
A tremendous "thanks" to Dale for helping us through the mortgage process. Dale is extremely thorough, leading us step by step through the preapproval process and the eventual closing on our home. The time from signing our contract to closing was only 20 days! Most importantly, he was extremely available, with an almost immediate response every time. He has a great, POSITIVE personality. We would highly recommend Dale to anyone!
