It's what she does, not cars, motorcycles and boats, real estate loans and financing only so she knows all the ins and outs, laws, rules and guidelines. You can rely on her to be up front and honest.

We purchased a new home in Nashville! MIG was amazing to work with. Pet was great to work with. He responded to my emails almost immediately. His office was also in constant communication with us about any issues, items to submit and that they were received. I feel that Pete has put together an awesome support team too. A special shout-out to Loren who walked us through every detail and treated us like we were family! Thanks much to Pete, and next time we are in town I would love to meet Loren too!!!

As a first time home buyer, I had no idea how the process went, or in what order things happened. Jeff explained everything to me and made it very easy to understand. Gathering and signing all documents was very easy and timely, and our closing went exactly how we expected. We had a quick closing date relative to our offer acceptance, but Jeff kept us on track for a quick and easy close. We are ecstatic about our new home, and very pleased with how smoothly it went.
