I talked to a lot of lenders who weren't able to help me get a home due to some student loans and being a small business owner. Pete and his team went over and above to help me get into my dream home. I actually had another lender tell me: "If Pete can't get it done, none of us can." On top of moving mountains to make the loan happen for me, they were fast, kind, organized, and ON TIME. I closed on time with no issues. It was so pleasant working with them.
