We bought an unconventional property in need of repair. My usual lender would not lend on the property and Debbie took care of everything. Polite, prompt and efficient would be my best descriptions.
Daren helped my wife and I from the very beginning of our loan process. From pre-qualification to closing he was a phone call or text message away. As first time home buyers, he walked us through all of our options and was very knowledgeable of them. We ended up going with a USDA loan and closed smoothly despite a government shutdown during our closing period. I would recommend to all home buyers whether its your first home or your vacation getaway. Daren is the loan officer for you!

Joe was extremely helpful and patient with all of our questions. He helped us in the buying process every step of the way. I would definitely use him again.
Joe was great! Everything was timely and conscise. We closed on time and didn’t have any hold-ups or surprises. We really appreciated the weekly check-ins (regardless of whether there was a change or not). Would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home!
