Kim was so nice and helpful. She took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I understood all the fine print. She seemed to really care.
Kim explained to me all in detail and providing a quick response every time I email her with a question. The process when on time and no surprises, all according to the plan!
Lisa Wiles was the only lender that we willing to work with me and my situation. She was very knowledgeable of the process and the different ways to get the process done. She always had a great attitude and even though we were only looking for a $100,000 mortgage, Lisa made it feel we were her number one priority. I would recommend Lisa and her firm to anyone.
