I financed my original loan through Kristin. When it came time to refinance I called her again. She made the process very simple. She went above and beyond to help me. Her response time was very quick. Would definitely recommend to anyone who asks me about financing a mortgage.
The best way I can describe it, Kristin made closing on our loan painless and told us exactly what we needed to do and when and honestly made the whole process enjoyable. I will definitely go back to her and her staff for my future needs and will recommend her to others.

Fantastic work and follow up. I had a difficult refinance due to a pending divorce and past financial issues and Lisa was able to work with my situation and find a path through it all. She was constantly in communication with me, letting me know what information I needed to collect and the status of the refi. It all turned out right in the end, and I was able to close and move ahead thanks to Lisa.
Lisa is a wonderful person to work with. We had some budget/ cash challenges but she came through for us. She always has a cheerful disposition that makes it a pleasure to work with her. She is highly recommended.
Lisa was incredible wth all the little details involved in buying my home. She has a lot more experience in this field than I do so being able to lean on her from start to finish makes a potential stressful situation a lot more enjoyable!
