Did a very good job. Really went out of the way for us. Did everything she was supposed to. No complaints at all. When we needed proof of where the down payment came from she helped me come up with that info. And did a lot of things that she didnt have to do. That were our responsibility. Very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Sge came highly recommended and I can see why

She was readily available to answer any questions, and she made my first home buying experience a breeze. She would stay on top of the list of items needed to complete the process, and she helped out with any issues that arose. I would recommend her to anyone.

Our experience was extremely gratifying! Ms Swann was very knowledgeable and professional during the entire process of finding the correct loan to fit our needs. Not being from the immediate area, Ms. Swann went above and beyond her normal responsibilities as the Loan Officer to ensure we were informed on all aspects of purchasing our home that included; home inspection, appraisal and simplifying the requisite loan documents to our complete understanding. Highly recommend her services!

Kristin and her office helped us with a bridge loan to move from our current home to purchase another prior to sale of our current home. Everyone in her office proved knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. We only experienced a few minor questions that gave her pause which all seemed more in the realm of title expertise. It was a pleasure working with her.

FIRST TIME HOME BUYER HERE: Kristin made the process simple and satisfying. Kristin and her team will guide you through each step of the process ensuring you are satisfied with your decisions. All questions were thoroughly answered in a timely manner. I couldn't recommend Kristin enough! We moved quickly to ensure I was in when I wanted to be in my house and there was hardly any time to wait throughout the process!
