That is simply it. This process was so easy that it all happened so fast. There was no time for second guessing because I was walked through every part of the way. Lisa is fantastic! Quick, thorough, professional, a pleasure to work with, and hands down got me the best rate possible on two homes I purchased through her. A hard lesson I learned: a couple years after buying my home I refinanced through the bank that held my mortgage for the "convenience factor" instead of going back through Lisa. Big mistake!
