The first thing I did when I decided to move was get pre-approved by 3 loan companies through lending tree or some such similar service. That was my first mistake. A friend told me to call Joe. He was responsive, didn't hound me, and did exactly what needed to be done from the very first meeting. I closed on my VA loan in 30 days. He knew the processes. Plain and simple I don't know what else he could have done to make the purchase of my home more easy. Top notch professional. End of story.

Our experience with him was great all the way around. He was very helpful. He was almost always available to answer questions even after business hours and after the closing of our house. He is a all around great person to work with.

You NEED Joe! From the first day we met him, we understood the information he was providing us with. Not because we were that knowledgeable, but because he was that accountable for explaining the details of process. He makes things easy to understand and was willing to keep in contact with us after normal hours(within reasonable limits). He was such an asset to our house buying experience. Shannon & Hayley extremely helpful in our home purchase. they made sure that everything was in place and correct when we closed. We request a short turnaround to closing that they made happen and when we requested they move the date up, they quickly made the necessary arrangements. Shannon was always available to answer questions and help us through the whole process and even sent follow-up information after the closing. All in all, she made the process seem simple and easy for us.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me understand the differences, pros, and cons when dealing with conventional loans vs FHA loans. Understands the market of today and how fast houses are going. Willing to readjust preapproval letters as needed.
