The entire staff at Mortgage Investors was outstanding. Lisa even called us when the interest rates went down and locked us in on an amazing rate. Even her assistants were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would recommend Lisa and her firm to anyone.

I had my house on the market for a year. During that time J.T. had completed all the necessary paperwork for houses that I was interested in, but of course those houses sold before I was able to sell mine. I took it off the market and did a lot of upgrades and it sold before I put it back on the market. This left me 30 days to find a new house and get all the paperwork done. My husband and I recently bought a home in Chattanooga, TN and used Dale Kolbus as our loan officer. He was wonderful to work with! He was up emailing with us at 10:30pm one night making sure we had everything we needed and all our questions answered so we could get our offer accepted on our house. He really helped make the whole process as stress free as possible. We highly recommend Dale if you are looking for a friendly, thorough, efficient and knowledgeable loan officer for your next home purchase!

Having not bought a house in 20 years, a lot has changed with the whole process. There was a lot to learn and sometimes it took us a while to understand things. But Shannon was so patient with us, explaining things sometimes over & over until we really understood. When I decided to purchase a house in Knoxville, the first person I called was Debbie. I was able to submit my pre-approval application right on her website. Within a few minutes Debbie called me to let me know she was working my application. Later in the afternoon I received a phone call from her letting me know I was pre-approved.
