kim was just the best!! no matter what roadblocks came up from other people, kim was able to solve the problems in a timely manner which allowed us to close on our mortgage on time. one of the biggest issues was that we were closing a mortgage in tennessee while we were living in new york but kim never let that slow the process down. she was always friendly and helpful. kim definitely knows how to do her job well !!

John did a great job in getting us into the right mortgage product for our particular need. He and his staff followed up very quickly with any questions we had and the information was always spot on--definitely would use John and recommend John to anyone.

Suzanne was loan originator for my home loan with Mortgage Investors Group. She did a fantastic job. I was very impressed with the responsiveness and knowledge. There were days I made a ton of calls. She answered all of my questions accurately, promptly, cheerfully. We were able accomplish closing is less than 30 days which wouldn't have been possible without her help. Lisa and the folks at MIG were great to work with - friendly, knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and personable. It felt like working with a friend rather than a bank - which is really unusual based on our experience with other mortgage providers. What made her team stand-out was the credit recheck that allowed us to make a minor modification to save a lot in our mortgage APR. When other large banks were reluctant to promise a 45 day closing MIG was able to deliver a closing in less than 25 days.
