Lisa made the entire process seem easy and always followed through timely. I would go through her again if needed. Being that it was an out of state closing everything had to be just right. No issues came up and we are now happy in our new home.

From the beginning of the loan process Suzanne was wonderful about following up. When she said she would call back, she did. Very quick to return emails and answer any questions (and there were a lot of questions). There was never the game of waiting and wondering what was going on or what was next.
