We presented a very unique situation to Suzanne and her team. We currently lived out of state, needed to close a mortgage in 45 days; the real concern, however, was that we were leaving the country for 2.5 months in just 15 days from initiation of the loan. Could she do it? That is, could she be certain that she had ALL the documentation that she needed, that all the paperwork was in place before we flew to France, Spain, and then Italy? From the beginning of the loan process Suzanne was wonderful about following up. When she said she would call back, she did. Very quick to return emails and answer any questions (and there were a lot of questions). There was never the game of waiting and wondering what was going on or what was next. Lisa and her team did an amazing job at working with us on getting all the paper work turned in, getting thing processed, and making sure we had any issues resolved with time to spare before our closing. She is a wonderful person and will do anything to help you with your mortgage needs.

Debbie Windisch did an outstanding job of keeping us informed and answering emails promptly. However, we did have problems with the processing folks at Mortgage Investors Group. We made the loan application promptly and supplied all requested support documents, paid for the express mail deliver and MIG had everything in their hands within a few days. Jennifer and Lisa were awesome throughout our first time buying experience. They never stopped giving us information that we needed and answered all our questions in a timely manner (email or phone). They have followed up and have made it known that they are here for us well after the closing date to answer questions.

It is hard to put in words the experience of getting a loan for a home with Brian. I have heard of a lot of horror stories with other lenders, but had none of that. Debbie Windisch is a real pro: thorough, patient and helpful. All of our requests for information were quickly and completely provided, all estimates thorough and well explained. Securing a loan feels like a complicated and confusing process, but Debbie made it much simpler and less stressful. She's terrific.
