My wife and I recently purchased our first home together. The realtor we were working with referred us to Mortgage Investors Group. Tandy and her entire team were wonderful through the entire process. She kept us updated the entire time, and always had an answer for every question. We would highly recommend her.

Tandy Shuler makes the loan process very easy. She always took time to explain the different loan types, payment scales and interest rates in a way that was easy to understand. She and her team work hard to get paper work ready quickly and make sure a closing date is not held up. I would recommend them to anyone, especially first time home buyers.

My wife and I needed a construction loan and Tandy was very helpful and informative. She walked us through the entire process from start to finish, with securing the construction loan and the pre-approval for the refinance of the 30 year mortgage upon completion of construction, which we can't wait to be done. Tandy is extremely knowledgeable of all the various mortgage finance options available, including VA financing. I highly recommend her

Working with Bob was a treat! You hear so many lender horror stories, not with Bob! He's very knowledgeable, and was always available to answer any questions we had. Bob goes the extra mile, and we'd recommend him to anyone planning to purchase a new home.

Being a newly separated woman post forced bankruptcy - I was given a real chance at getting a home with fair analysis and help. I would recommend this company for anyone. She worked with us through every step of the home buying process made difficult by the fact that her offices are in Lenoir City and the home we were buying is in Covington Tenn. a 5 hr drive to the west.. Later when we needed a new roof she was very attentive and worked with us to try and refinance and when that feel through she got me the info for a loan specialist at First Tennessee bank who worked with me to get an unsecured line of credit to have the roof repaired... Exceptional at what she does
